1. Review Your Subscription

Log in and review your account details to confirm that all of the information is correct under the Subscription Renewals tab of your account. Review the order details and select Complete Renewal As-Is to proceed without changes, or select Edit Renewal to make changes to seating or series.

Requesting a change? We will make every eff ort to accommodate your request. All requested series or seating changes will be processed once patrons without changes to their renewals have been seated. If we are able to fulfill your request, we will change/refund the adjustment. Requests for changes are honored according to a combination of factors, including your tenure as a subscriber and your contribution history. You will be contacted regarding your seating after July 15.

3. Complete Your Order

Log in to your account before placing your order to ensure accurate processing. Your login email can be found on your order form.

4. Confirm

All patrons will receive an email confirmation of their orders. Please verify that we have the correct email address.

In the mail, you will receive your subscription tickets, Subscriber ID Card and Subscriber Pocket Guide. If you added pre-paid parking for the first time or purchased additional single tickets, they will be mailed separately and may arrive before your subscription tickets.


 Keep the CSO in your life with these two easy ways to pay for your subscription: 

1. Early Renewal with Waived Handling and Add-On Fees

Renewing subscriber seats will be held until Thursday, April 5, but renew and pay for your order in full by Thursday, March 15, and we will waive both the $7 handling fee and the one-time $3 add-on ticket fee. Plus, any add-on tickets you purchase will be at the subscriber-preferred prices, giving you the best savings of the season. 

2. Automatic Payment Plan

You can pay for your subscription in monthly installments with our convenient automatic payment plan. Available for credit card orders only. A one-time processing fee of $15 applies. Only available for orders made before or on April 5

Order by March 1, and we will charge 25% of the total subscription cost, add-on tickets and parking to your credit card on the following four dates:

March 15
April 16
May 15 

Order or renew by April 5, and we will charge one-third of the total subscription cost, add-on tickets and parking to your credit card on the following three dates:

Upon receipt of order
April 16
May 15

at the Grant Park South Garage


Subscribers have the option to purchase advance discount parking at the Grant Park South Garage for all CSO and Symphony Center Presents concerts for $16 per park. All new parking purchasers will receive a parking debit card with the stored value of pre-purchased “parks” in September. Returning parking purchasers will have their pre-purchased “parks” added to their existing cards. 


  • New buyers must purchase a minimum of three parks to obtain a card.
  • Your parking card is valid at Grant Park South Garage only.
  • You must have your parking debit card with you to park at Grant Park South Garage on the day of your concert in order to use it. The parking debit card can only be used on your concert days.
  • Lost or stolen cards can be replaced for a $25 fee. All funds will be transferred to the new card.
  • Each pre-paid parking unit equals seven hours of parking. You will be charged for two “parks” if your vehicle remains in the garage for more than seven hours.
  • Additional parking credits can be added throughout the season. Please allot one business day for processing.
  • Parking credits cannot be split onto separate cards; one card per household.
  • Parking credits expire at the end of every concert season.

REMEMBER! If you have purchased parking in the past, please keep your parking debit card! Additional parking purchased for the 2018/19 season will be automatically added to your existing card. If you did not keep your debit card, there will be a $25 charge for a new card.
