E-TICKETS / PRINT AT HOME

What is a Print-at-Home/e-Ticket?

A Print-at-Home/e-Ticket is an electronic ticket that is emailed to you, usually within minutes of the purchase. By selecting Print-at-Home/e-Ticket as your delivery method, you will get your tickets right away, without waiting at the Box Office or for mail delivery. You can print from any computer, as long as you can access your email on it and it is hooked up to a functioning printer. Simply print out the PDF and bring the pages with you to the event. Alternatively, if you have a smart phone, your Print-at-Home/e-Ticket can be scanned from your phone.

How many times can I print my ticket?

A Print-at-Home ticket can be printed as many times as you need, however a barcode may only be scanned once for entry. Be sure to print ALL pages of the PDF file attachment as each seat is its own separate page (i.e. if you purchased three tickets you'll have three total pages to print out). If you have many tickets on an order or multiple orders, please make sure that each page has a different barcode. If you arrive with multiple copies of the same Print-at-Home ticket, you may be unable to gain entry to the event.
