For the second sold-out concert at the Salle Pleyel in Paris, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra offered a program of Tchaikovsy’s The Tempest,, Stravinsky’s Suite from The Firebird and Schumann’s Symphony No. 3 (Rhenish). Before the concert, there was time for sightseeing, and afterward, CSO musicians, staffers and patrons boarded buses for the drive to Vienna, the last stop on the 2014 European Fall Tour.
