For the sixth stop on the European Tour 2017, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and Riccardo Muti headed to Baden-Baden, Germany, for a one-night only program of works by Hindemith, Elgar and Mussorgsky. Ahead of the concert, some CSO musicians participated in a Q&A session, while others paid tribute to Pierre Boulez, the CSO’s conductor emeritus, who died at his home in Baden-Baden a year ago (see related gallery).

Next stop, Frankfurt, as the CSO performs the final concert on its seven-city, 11-day tour.
