Hall of Fame Nomination Form
The Glencoe Historical Society (GHS) and the Sesquicentennial Planning Committee are seeking nominations of individuals to be honored as part of the Village’s year-long 150th anniversary celebration. To be eligible, an individual (living or dead) must have either been born in Glencoe, lived in Glencoe or worked in Glencoe and accomplished something that made Glencoe or the world a better place. To nominate an individual, please complete the form below. Honorees will be announced at the Glencoe 150 Hall of Fame Dinner on January 26, 2019 at Skokie Country Club.
