Title

Excerpt from letter by Homer J. Swope to Dr. W.E. Simonds

Description

Homer Swope writes to describe the work he has been involved in during the past year. He states that "I have kept in touch with Knox and I certainly would have liked to have returned back there this fall and completed my last year." Unlike many of his peers who hope to get to France, Swope hoped to return to Knox: "By the way affairs look now, the end of the way is in sight, and if it comes soon I hope that I may be able to return to school."
